Individual Counseling
Session fees vary depending on the length and type of service.
Individual Sessions: $150 for 53+ minute sessions.
Couples & Parenting Sessions: $250 for 45+ minute sessions.
EMDR Intensives: $300 for 90 minute sessions.
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients with financial need — we can talk more about this during your free consultation. I’m happy to provide a personalized rate estimate and help you explore your out-of-network benefits before we start working together.
Please contact us for further information.

EMDR Therapy
Unlike traditional therapy sessions that happen once a week, EMDR intensives are extended sessions that allow us to go beyond surface-level coping and get to the root of your experiences.
EMDR sessions may require extended time. In such cases, extended EMDR sessions are available at the following rate:
$300 for a 90 minute session.

Out-of-Network
I accept clients claiming on their OON benefits.
I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Please check with your plan to see if this is an option for you.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to the full session fee.
If you do not show up for your session within 15 minutes and fail to notify your clinician, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged an $90 no-show fee.
Please keep in mind that we reserve this time specifically for you. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client who may need it.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
We recommend asking the following questions to better understand your mental health benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Specifically, does it cover billing codes 90837 (psychotherapy) or 90791 (initial evaluation)?
Do I have a copay? If so, how much is it, and is it classified as a specialist copay?
Do I have a deductible? If yes, what is the amount, and have I met it?
Does my plan limit the number of therapy sessions I can have per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval or a referral from my primary care physician for therapy services to be covered?
